extension add

  1. Owners Extensions Not Visible in Admin

    Hello All, There are currently 2 extensions that are not showing in the Admin-User and want to note that they are listed as the owners. We are able to see these 2 extensions on the app and team end of the web client. Is there a way to add or a reason they are not showing? thanks!

    CAN'T ADD A NEW EXTENSION 5030

    This extension number doesnt exist in my system. I have 5029 and 5031 for example. When i try to add, receive a message to choose another number. 3CX 18.0 (Build 939)
