    New Setup: Faxing can send out but not receive. (fax tones heard)

    I have a client that I setup a Grandstream HT001 for his fax machine. I can send faxes out to other fax machines and the faxes come through with no issues. When I try to fax to the Grandstream HT001 to receive from another fax, I can hear the faxing tones come in, but then get a long solid tone...

    Solved Fax problem

    Hello I have setup a dedicated FAX did so that when a fax is sent to this DID it goes to 88 extension and converted to PDF and sent to the email specified in FAX server settings. It worked a couple of times, but recently for some reason I am getting an error. I can not send faxes to this DID...
