  2. 3CX & HaloPSA Integration

    I'm looking to integrate HaloPSA with 3CX - we've got things linked up but the Address book isn't searchable in 3CX. The numbers appear to be added automatically once a known contact calls though. Is this a limitation of the CRM integration or are we doing something wrong?
