    Hy we are using snom d745 in a hotdesking setup when a user places a call the uses is logged out. i figured out the phone has a function key "Logoff" , i can place this inactive on the phone setup page but this does not store this perm is there a way to loadup a template with the logoff button...

  7. Calling a hot desked extension that's logged out?

    I'm using Yealink phones...Is it possible to call a hot desk extension if no users are logged in? I know I can do direct IP calling, but the IP isn't static so I can't program that as a BLF/Speed dial.

  12. V15 hot desking and CTI problem att. transfer

    We have now configured hot desking for our welcomedesk. everything works great. Only one little problem left. If the person at the welcomdesk will transfer a call to a person by att. transfer the microfon will not be muted and no music is on for the caller. Will this be solved in a futher release?
