  1. Solved 3cx SMTP Server blocked by DNS Blocklists

    The 3cx Mailserver (168.245.58.221) is blocked by dnsbl-1.uceprotect.net and other Blocklists. Registration Mails and Notifications cant be sent. Please resolve.

    Save "Email Templates" Tab in "Email Settings" Until Confirmation

    When I make changes in the "Email Templates" tab in the "Email Settings" section, any changes are not saved if I switch to a different tab in Email Settings. The only way to save settings in the Email Templates tab is to immediately press "OK" and save ALL settings that I have made in the Email...

  3. Sending mail to Spam folder

    Hi, My 3CX version is 15.5.0 and mail server(GMAIL) working good. But most of these mails are going to spam folder. How can i solve this ? Thanks for helping, Best Regards,

    3CX mail not going to gmail accounts

    Folks, I have seen this a couple of times. If I use the default email settings (3CX mail server) then it will not send notifications to gmail accounts. What am I doing wrong? Thanks
