    Solved Callee require key press to take the call - CFD

    Hi partners and colleagues, I need advice from you guys, if anyone can bring some spark in, my scenario is that the customer calls in OOH for support and the call is forwarded to the ON CALL Engineer's mobile, but if the phone is out off service, coverage/switched off, then the call terminates...
