pbx connection cannot be reached

  1. Trying to install 3CX android app

    Hi, I have been trying to install the 3CX android app on my samsung S7. Every time I attempt to scan the QR code I get the following message "pbx connection cannot be reached connection timed out." Our phone system is currently up and operational. I tried also accessing it through the browser...
