pro license migration

  1. Upgrading from Pro to Enterprise - On-Prem

    On renewal in a few months, when I go with a new license of Enterprise, when the new key is applied does it automatically add features not in Pro, or does a uninstall/reinstall need to be done? Thank You

    Hello we are currently preparing to migrate an instance of 3cx running on a Professional Perpetual license v16.0.9 over to a Linux VM. As I understand it there is a 6 hour replication window using a pro license so if there are any problems it can take up to 6 hours to roll back to the windows...
