  1. Blacklisting User Repeatedly

    I have a user that keeps having their PC's IP blacklisted. It happens at least once a week. I have tried uninstalling the application, wiping all files out, and reinstalling. I have also tried reprovisioning their softphone. The user can't have a static IP so I need to figure out what is causing...
