require name and email

  1. problem with Live Chat

    Hi, This problem is happening on a hosted instance, but I can't post in that section it says I don't have a hosted incense. I configured Live Chat to request the name and email of the client, but it didn't apply it, the client can start the chat or the call without providing the required info...
