server error 502

  1. Server Error after update

    I was prompted to provide an update on the admin console which I did, there was no confirmation or anything I was just logged out and sent an email to say a back up has been made. Upon trying to log back in, it is now saying server error, I have tried rebooting and stopping / starting the system...

    On my on HOSTED system there was un update do be done. I did a back up and then updated. Since it was done i cannot log in anymore and the phones are down. When I try to log in a get "Server Error" and if i try to recover my password 502 - ok I cannot recover the back up since I cannot log into...
