  3. One user, multiple phones

    Hi, in our 3CX, some users have more than one telephone (mostly SNOM D865). When using click to call, the users cannot distinguish the devices - they are all named 'snomD865'. Is it possible to give every phone a custom name? Thanks! Sascha

    Bonjour, Après la dernière mise à jour de 3CX, je me suis rendu compte que l'on pouvait modifier la sonnerie désormais sur les postes fixes depuis l'extension et dans Téléconfiguration téléphone. Or comment cela se passe t-il pour les sans fils de marque Snom M25 avec borne M300. Cordialement...
