  2. App no longer shows who other agents are on a call with

    The PWA web app would previously show the contact name or phone number other agents were on the phone with in the Team view. This was really handy. And it's gone in V20. It just shows the agent as Busy. Is there a setting somewhere that I haven't found yet to re-enable this? Or is it something...

  3. Users being able to make groups in Team Tab

    Hello 3CX Team, At the moment organizing groups on the Team Tab is not possible for a user, one can only do it with favorites. We want to request for a feature where the users can organize and make their own groups, it is also more productive this way. Best regards, Ruzzel Riese
