  3. How to change text colour on Polycom VVX410 / VVX411

    We have changed the background of the display on one of these Polycom phones to be white at the request of a customer, however we would therefore like the text displayed to be black so we can read it! Does anyone know if this can be done please? Thanks in advance.

    Forward SMS

    Has anyone discovered a way to forward SMS based on extension status? We are hoping to be able to create a "Vacation" status that not only forwards our DID calls to someone else in the company but also forwards the texts to our DID as well. Is this a thing and I am just missing it?
