users slow loading

  1. Users Loading Very Slowly

    I'm running version 18.0 (Build 935). My license has been automatically converted from perpetual to annual subscription recently. When I click on the users link, it takes very long to load the list. Shows a blank list until the list is displayed. Usually several minutes (up to 10 minutes)...
