v20 upgrade issue

  1. Hosted NFR Upgrade v18 to v20 failing

    Hi, Is it possible to upgrade our NFR phone system from v18 to v20? We are getting an error "Your 3CX Debian OS failed to update ID:10012" We are using the 3CX hosted, with a 3CX Standard (18.0) 2 SC NFR license. Not sure if that's the issue, or how to obtain a new NFR license for V20 if so...
