  1. How to make a videocall with Fanvili18s

    Hi, how can I make a videocall with the Fanvili18s intercom to 3CX Smartphone App? Videocall to PC App works. The Smartphone App shows me only a black video. Intercom and the Smartphone are in the same LAN. Has anyone an idea? Thanks!
