  1. v18 End of Support date?

    Hello All, I got a notice from 3cx that all the hosted systems should be upgraded but i am wondering what the process is to upgrade a windows based install to V20, Should we deploy new VM and restore a backup from V18? Is there an End of Support date for V18 on prem?
