  2. No audio

    We are continuously getting no audio with Fanvil X4G phones (Firmware versions: 2.4.0.5572 & 2.10.0.6646) using 3 SIP trunks with Twilio, users are also unable to hear on the soft client on their mobile devices - A quick fix tends to be a restart of the server (Server is on: 15.5.15502.6).
