  1. X6U-V2 BLF Sub Screen Not updating.

    (BUG) We have had several reports of the SUB screen not updating on FW Version 2.12.16.20 (X6U-V2 hardware). This main issue it will display Pager one items but will dial pager 2 items. or If I have joe user in the top slot (BLF - 6) the user in top slot Pager 2 (BLF-13) sometime is dialed.

  2. DTMF fields in version 2.0 fanvil X6U

    the DTMF fields disappeared in version 2.0 of the X6U phones, in version 1.0 the fields existed. How do I activate these fields? I need them to add call transfer codes. attached prints of version 1.0 and 2.0

  3. Fanvil X6U not associating to HA SBC without reboot

    We have a hosted 3cx instance, with two SBCs running in an HA arrangement. The SBCs failover and stay connected to the PBX fine, but our Fanvil phones do not connect the backup SBC if the primary is taken offline.
