2 SIP trunks on 3CX 8 SC (separate numbers)

I have a customer that has 8 SC and we use Voxtelesys with 8 SC. Customer wants to reserve 3 SC for ATA faxing.
Can I purchase a second trunk from Voxtelesys for the 3 fax lines and make them only available for the 3 fax user lines?
If so, how does that work with my 8 SC from 3CX? can I use 5 SC for phone lines and 3 SC for fax lines or something?

The total across all trunks and internal calls would be 8. You can limit the second trunk to 3 calls though.

I haven't done two trunks with Voxtelesys; I have with a generic provider and had some odd results for outbound calls where they couldn't tell the sources apart. But I think that was a provider issue.
