Hello everyone,

I explain to you my scenario:

5 Ruckus Wi-Fi antennas with a Fortinet firewall that at all open ports on the same network.

I have a mini PC in 3CX on Linux configured in a standard way, without any particular rule.

I have 19 Phones on the 3CX, the phones are Samsung J5 (2017) it's work with Wi-Fi only, they don't have any sim card. i have already use this process for Android 3CX : https://www.3cx.com/docs/

Here's the problem: I get calls, but get out of trouble for no reason, the phone does not ring or as soon as it goes out of some standby time, when I restart the 3CX I have the pending network instruction The problem is that all the calls that were there during that time were not intercepted by anyone.

This happens in the case of internal calls between telephones or in the context of call transfers (Outside) it does this oddly and randomly, but especially as soon as I reduce the 3CX application on my phone, the phone goes off. record with the following messages in the logs:

17/01/2019 11:11:46
SIP Server / Call Manager ID: 4101
Extension 112 is registered, contact: sip: [email protected]: 40966; transport = TCP; instance = 0-ad1d9b64-d56f-4bc1-a3b4-027ad1946b12; ob; inst = "7dfac33f"

On the WireShark, I have unmasked these error messages:

3734 10.345313 10.247.12.212 10.247.12.91 ICMP 117 Destination unreachable (unreachable port)

For information: 10.247.12.212 it is the server 3CX

10.247.12.91: this is a Samsung J5 phone.
