3CX Android failing

Hi Support,

Server 18.0 Update 5 (Build 418) - Debian.
Android 3CX App 18.1.3.135 - Android version 13.
iPhone 3CX App 18.6.2.550

We have noticed that the Android version of the app is not showing anything when an incoming call is happening. Only when the dialling party hangs up, will a notification appear to show a missed call.
Have tried with several Android handsets this morning and is happening with both beta and non beta apps. I can make outgoing calls from the app perfectly.

Have tried the same test with iphone this morning and it's functioning correctly. No issue with iPhone.
This proves that the connectivity is working correctly.

Can you please confirm there is an issue with Android and when this will be addressed.

Could you also provide me in Private Message the app's verbose logs in order to understand what's going on and help you out with your issue?

1. Enable Verbose Logs: “Android App Settings (top left hamburger menu) > Settings > Advanced > Troubleshooting > Enable verbose logging”.
2. Reproduce the issue and “Send log report”: Android App Settings (top left hamburger menu) > Settings > Advanced > Troubleshooting > Send Log Report

Also please include the types of devices being used, together with their Android version
