3cx app does not work on WIFI

Good day,

We are hosting a PBX in the cloud and one of our clients are unable to connect to 3cx app when on wifi.
This is only happening on this one site as when they connect to other wifi its working .
PBX is on the latest firmware and the apps does work on GSM.

The firewall was turned of but the same thing are happening when they connect to the access points.
We have checked all the settings on the Ubiquity and all is in order.

IOS does work perfect on the same wifi.

You could Wireshark the traffic to determine which ip your client is calling, maybe the local Firewall?

Do you have the latest firmware on the unifi AP?
