3CX App Video Invite When Called by Grandstream GDS3710 is Inconsistent

If the phone's screen is locked when called by GDS3710 the app user is asked if they want to participate in video call, but if the phone's screen is unlocked then the app user is not asked to participate. So if phone is unlocked there is no way to participate in a video call.
