3CX audio conference with local extensions and External number

I am unable to add more than 2 local extensions to a conference call.
After adding second extension to a call when Conference button is pressed it goes to Meet tab on 3CX windows app. From there if I type in local extension or external number and press add button to add 3rd call I am getting error message "Invalid email".
A while back we were able to add 6 local extensions and also join in exteranl call but after one of the latest updates this has stopped working.

Is there any way to add more than two internal call and also be able to add external call to this conference?

Hi @Andrew_cea could you please check within the pbx management console ---- setting ---- conference --- audio ---- that the parameter Call participants when the audio conference starts is enabled and apply the settings.



Then try it one more time.
