Hi have thusfare been able to configure two extensions from the Android App but now I have an employee with an Oppo and for some reason it is not scanning the the QRCode. I have also tried on my own device and her to install GSWave Lite to configure thextention but for some reason it doesn't want to connect and I have also tried to add it to auto provision but the Management Console tells me that 34:7E:00:F7:49:7C is not a mac address. Anyway would have been great if I could manually provision the device under these circumstances. When I try to scan the QR I do not get any response at all. I just see the QR with a red line going up and down, but nothing happens. Any Ideas how I can solve this issue?

First off GSWave Lite is not supported with 3cx, next if this is a MAC Address that 3cx uses remove : like this 347E00F7497C

for provisioning a mobile device, you don't need to enter any mac address. you can remove it.

If you try to provision another android device on this extension, does this works?
maybe the QR reader (camera) inside the device is not working as "good" to read the URl correctly to connect to

I believe scanning the QR only works with the 3CX mobile application.

just googled the device, as long you cannot install the 3CX APP on the device, you will have no luck using it!

Yea I'm pretty certain it is a Phone issue, but lacking manual config now makes it impossible to install the extension on the phone. Yes the extension works perfectly on my own phone, just issue with the silly phone not reading the QR.

Yea I understand that it would not be supported but what mobile Client besides 3CX would be? Thanks for advice on MAC Ill see if that helps.
