3cx Freshdesk integration template needed

Hi all,

I accidentally deleted the 3cx freshdesk integration template. Can anyone post it here please? Thanks a bunch

You should see it in the 3CX Console > Settings > CRM, under the "Available CRM Integrations" section.

It was there. I messed up the integration and hit delete by accident -- thinking that will allow me to start fresh but now the freshdesk file has disappeared :-(

I installed it but chat sessions are not showing up in Freshdesk. Any thoughts on why?

only new contact creation seems to work

Are you using 3CX v18? Or 3CX v16? The chat journaling functionality has been added in 3CX v18.
