Solved 3cx Hosted - Fanvil X4u-v2 won't connect

So, I am helping a friend set up a single Fanvil X4u-V2 as a router phone with a free hosted connection over Starlink. I do get this even log and the phone reboots after it downloads it's initial config, shows blf programming, but it never registers and the SBC stays red in the Voice & Chat tab.

Any pointers on what I should be doing? It works fine at home on my cable modem.

Also, the mobile app works fine.

Do I need a separate SBC on top of the router phone?

Trying to delete post, found a bad cable in my setup.

The router phone is an SBC. It needs to be the latest firmware. https://www.3cx.com/docs/phone-firmwares/
