3CX Hosted FREE - Calls to other countries not allowed

Hello all,
In my free edition , they try to call me and i have rejection "as been rejected by the 3CX Country Blocking Feature [+870] , the number is valid as it is from Satelite phones, How i can permit all calls due to fact that in Admin setting i am not able to close or permit destination country.
