3CX integrate with Teams - Certificate file format is incorrect(Using Godaddy SSL)

I use GoDaddy SSL and generate the certificate , key file for this FQDN, When I upload the and save the Microsoft 365 Integration in 3CX. I have the "File format incorrect" error message. How to modify this file format to fit the Microsoft require?

BEGIN CERTIFICATE REQUEST = CSR
this is used to order a cert but it is not the cert itself!
