3CX Integration with HubSpot CRM

I have done the Hubspot integration with 3CX server side. Now all contacts are being saved/recorded with HubSpot. but i need only few calls need to be recorded which is getting from particular extension or DID number. i.e, particular Extension 500,561 or DID's calls only need to be recorded with HubSpot CRM remains not required.

So is there any way to filter like this. Because i just connected with HubSpot technical team, said like we need to check with 3CX team. So please share your inputs.

Good luck. There's no way to filter in 3CX. You need a middleware between 3CX and HubSpot.

By the way, HubSpot is already supported by 3CX.

The integration is enabled for all extensions, so every call from or to an external number are registered in the CRM.
