Solved 3CX No Sound

Hi,

I'm encountering the problem, of no audio/sound at telephone calls between two IP-Phones SNOM 720 connected over LAN. the 3CX Server is in the cloud.

If i check "PCX transmits Audio", the audio is working, but as far is I know, checking this checkbox is not required and degrades quality.

What could be the issue here?

I assume that the phones are connected using STUN so they are basically remote extensions. When you have more that one extension in the same location connected using STUN then you need the option PBX delivers audio to be enabled.

An alternative would be to use an SBC to connect the phones where this option is not required.
