3CX PWE app - Panel tab

On the 3CX PWE app the user who let me know about their issue cannot see all the information which you can see on the right side of the screenshot but only sees what you see on the left side of the screenshot.

Most users see what is on the right side. she would like to see the same information for everyone in this group like on the left side of the screenshot.

You can find this in the app under panel and then changing the filter from 'ALL' to one of the other groups.

The user on the left is a normal queue user.
The one on the right is a supervisor for the queue.

Edit the Queue->Notifications->Supervisors

You may want to review the power you are giving your queue users who are supervisors:
