3CX Queues

Hi Guys

i was wondering - We are trying to create a master queue where the agents will sit in all day , there is no telephony config associated to this queue, its just to give us other data. When we set this queue up, and the agent changed states it automatically logs them out of all queues assigned to the agent

My question is, is there any config which you can assign to a queue which can be changed to stop the agent signing out of desired queues?

Just go into the forwarding rules of the agents extensions and remove the capability to log out from the queues when away and DND.

Hi - many thanks for the quick reply. Can this be done at Queue level? we want them to drop out of the Queues which have telephony associated to it, otherwise theyd still be presented calls, its just on a specific queue

It is not possible to prevent a user signing out of any queue.

If they log out from a queue they will be logging out of all the queues at once. There is a selective login, but they cannot be prevented from logging out of the queues individually.

If you look at the screen below there is no option to selectively log out of some of the queues. When you change your presence to "Away", in the example below, it will log you out of all queues. The only way to selectively log out of some queues is to do it manually.

is there any states that dont move agents out of queues - or do all move them out?
