3CX Smartphone App ringing over existing mobile call

Is there a way to prevent the 3CX smartphone app from ringing if a smartphone is already engaged in a mobile/cell phone call? We've been getting complaints that the 3CX app is very distracting when it is ringing while a user is on a cell phone call through the default/carrier cell phone.

This is something that is handled on the OS level of the device. When a call comes to the extension, the PBX sends a push notification to the mobile notifying the extension about the incoming call, but how this call is handled is not the 3CX mobile app's responsible.

The other thing is to set the status to a profile that the push notifications are disabled when is on a cell phone call or uncheck the 3cx app account under the settings of the 3cx app on the mobile device to disable the 3cx app.
