Dear All,
one of our customers has a 3CX SMB Phone System.
Unfortunately I cant find the allowed country codes in the admin control panel. It doesn't even show the advanced part.
How do we enable calls to spain, france, italy, netherlands, luxembourg and belgium?
Best regards
Marco

I did this with outbound rules - defining (in my case) local area codes only in order to implicitly block international calls.

You could do similar but also include the country codes you want, for example an outbound rule to your trunk or trunks for "1-9,01,02,03,04,05,06,07,08,09,0034,0039,0031,00352,0032" should block all other external destinations besides within your country and the countries you listed - assuming you're in a country that uses the 00 prefix for an international call.

Thank you awnz, this works for blocking additional countries.

The problem we have is the opposite unfortunately. We have blocked countries which the customer needs. The maledives for example.

It seems like it is blocked in the Allowed country code settings and on SMB you don't have access to that. @3CX please enable all countries on the SMB systems so we can block them ourselves with outbound rules. :)
