I have problems with the Samsung SM-A30SF audio, where I can hear the other person, but my voice cannot be heard by the other person.

I've tried to enable and disable the car/bluetooth support menu (Telecom API) but still get the same thing.

I have also made sure to allow all the necessary permissions, for the 3cx version of the android softphone used is version 18.0.9.98

can anyone help? Thank you

Hi!

First of all, could you please provide the information explained here?
https://www.3cx.com/community/threads/every-new-post-must-contain.20492/

Also, if you dial *777 from your Android App (this is the Echo Test Extension) and talk into the microphone, do you hear your voice back then?

Have you tried other Android or iOS devices as well and if yes, do those have the same problem?

Phone Model: Samsung SM-A30SF and Samsung Note 8

Android Version: Android 9

App Version: 18.0.9.98

3CX PBX Version: V18.0 Update 2 / Debian

Network Connection: WiFi & LTE / IPv4

we have tried using the same network as the 3cx server, or different from the server network (using a connection from the SIM card) then tried the echo *777 test but still no reflected sound, we also tried calling between exts and the sound remained 1 way using the connection different.

we also tried using the same ext but using a different android device, no similar problems were found.

Hi @iluni,

Have you tried to change the Audio subsystem API? In the Android App >> Settings >> Advanced you'll find it under the Audio Options section. Give that a bash and let us know.

yes I've done that before, but still getting the same result

Hi @iluni,

At this time, I'd suggest contacting Support to create a ticket. They'll need to investigate further.
