I've been looking for a cordless handset phone that's compatible with my 3cx system. We had an old POTS line with a really old cordless handset but we had to get rid of that POTS service. The guys in the shop would prefer a cordless handset. We ported the old POTS number into our PBX as a DID.

I saw a thread about 4 years old but no recommendations for any cordless handsets that were or are currently supported. I would prefer something not too expensive.

Anyone out there using a cordless handset you can recommend and if so what has been your experience?

Without going through the entire list of supported devices to see if any of them are cordless I figured someone on the forum might be of some help.

Thank you

The ones marked DECT are cordless. I haven't set any up myself in 3CX.

What type of server do you have? StartUP doesn't support DECT but is coming soon (https://www.3cx.com/community/threads/startup-with-3cx-supported-dect-phone.119195/post-554349)

The new router phones don't officially support DECT (yet?) but per posts here it can be made to work by setting the proxy IP on the phone.
I have a Debian hosted 3cx system. Thanks for the help. I'll take a look at those DECT phones.
