3CX Teams Integration Beta/Release

Hi Guys,

We have several customers who are keen to use the Teams Direct Routing feature however they are extremely reluctant to use it in production with it being listed in an Alpha state. What does the roadmap look like for this feature to at least reach Beta status or even a release candidate?

Hi Chris,

The "Alpha" tag we have put there has more to do with the slight 'unknown' of working in tandem with a Microsoft service which in the past has been known to change last minute without a lot notice and sometimes, not a lot of good alternatives if that happens.

I am happy to say though that it has been ~7 months now and in general we have had very few problems and most have been overcome in U2 which was released in December.

I think you are safe to use it freely and we should be removing the "Alpha" tag shortly seeing that the integration is looking stable.
