Hello,
We have a client with Teams integration setup. They do not access 3CX directly at all anymore. Each user has a DDI.
The client is breaking up into to two O365 tenants, but still wants to communicate using the teams 3CX integration. For example transfer calls between the two.
I assume I can't integrate with two O365 tenants using the same 3CX instance, so I plan to setup two 3CX instances, one for each tenant. If there is a better option let me know.
If I do that what is the most seamless way for me to configure the system so that they can transfer calls to the other tenant? Looking for suggestions on how to configure contacts globally etc?
Regards,
Tony
