Solved 3CX Tunnel When Out of Office

Hi - i have the android client 15.5.346.651

I have been trying to figure out how to keep the 3CX tunnel enabled - it disables itself everytime the client is unloaded from memory, and is buried too deep in the settings to constantly re-enable

Please navigate in the extension settings in the management console of the PBX. Go to phone provisioning and select the 3CX client form the drop down menu. Scroll down and find the option "Use 3CX Tunnel for remote connections (3CX Client only)" and make sure that is enabled. Save your settings by clicking OK and send a new welcome email. Re-provision your device using the welcome email and check if the issue is resolved.
