3CX V20 - Can't find some config options in the new V20 version?

I am looking at the new V20 version of a Hosted system, and I can't locate where Reports and Recording settings are, nor can I locate where to find where I can edit Roles, now the old Management console has gone. Can you point me in the direction of where to find these?

Also, I did my basic accreditation last Oct ish, but now with V20 it all has moved, now there is no more Management Console and it's all in Web Console. Is there a new training course I can do to get updated on where everything is?

By the way. I own a SMB, but work on all versions of 3CX.

No its about 200 users on the site. Its a hosted system looking at the new V20 interface.

Are you accessing using the System Owner extension?

Please check the complete guideline for the extension roles & access as the System Admin does not have this access.

Oh blimey, I looked there too and missed the Reports/Recordings down the bottom. Where does it say can't change the Roles? I can't see that in the list?

No not that section. I used to be able to go into the User role, and change its rules to say, you can Pickup etc. This is what I can't find.

I've also just found I get a error 500 if I try and add to the phonebook? Phonebook isn't listed in Roles either? Any ideas why this is too?

The roles are predefined and cannot be changed.

OK, there was definitely a place I used to go to customise roles. The snip attached is from my accreditation training course which says that User roles are customizable. Is this no longer the case? Or was it under Group Rights control? Has this all gone now?

We were going to wait a few updates to test v20 so haven’t upgraded yet. However in general I’d expect some rough edges before release: https://www.3cx.com/blog/releases/v20-releasecandidate/

Good idea. Unfortunately, this customer/supplier has already upgraded to V20 on this new install.
