3CX WebClient Admin Password Reset Help

Hello,
I have my 3cx setup on debian 12, I have forgotton my admin password and the email stuff isnt working as smtp isnt setup and I have lots of contact there dont want to loss them, how can I reset the admin password, is it possible to do so from postgres db as I am left with no other option how can I reset my password for the extension "101"

Hi,

are you on a self hosted instance (Sounds like it if you mention deb.12 specifically?)
in which case I think there is a way for you to take control / but it may not be trivial
BTW, IIRC, you never need to manually setup SMTP on 3cx just like you don't normally need to fuss with SSL cert renew
assuming you are on a stock install where those things are dealt with by the 3cx cloud/service side of things.

maybe clarify what you are working with (version, hosting, etc) and it might be possible to give you more detail on possible options to move forward ?

Hi,
I have in it on my AWS, the marketplace version of 3cx, that is Version 20.0.5.551 OS Debian 12 (Bookworm),
I was having the backup so I. tried reinstalling on another AWS EC2 Instance the same marketplace version of the 3CX v20,
When I restored the backup (hoping for it will set for new password for me but it didnt do)
See the screenshot, I just got that response,
Please guide me further how could I get my password reset!
