Solved 3CX WebMeeting Remote Control

This is not the first time I have asked this question, but it is closed without solving the problem.

I did additional research today. Windows Services have 3CX WebMeeting Remote Control, but this service is not running. If I run it manually, it shows the error code 69.
There is an entry in the Windows event log:
the "3CX WebMeeting Remote Control" Service is terminated due to the following internal error:
Exceeded the limit on the number of NetBIOS sessions.
Event code 7024.

When you download and install the plug-in shows the version 10.5.10.26178

User name "Павел" in Russian letters

The user name on all other clients is also written in Russian letters.

One more test. Can you create a user with english characters only, with administrative rights, and install Remote Control from that user?

created a user with a name only in English characters. RemoteControl works for it! Russian characters in the user name have never caused problems before.

Thank you very much for your tests. It seems that there is a problem with unicode characters in one library. I already opened a ticket and we'll release an updated version as soon as possible.
