Buenos días,

es posible ver, tener algún reporte de los chats de WhatsApp en Zoho?

Actualmente tenemos 3cx con whatsapp e integracion con CRM zoho pero quisiéramos saber si es posible ver esos reportes o histórico de conversaciones en el CRM Zoho.
De ser así, hay alguna o requisito configuración necesario?

The journal apply to chats as well so in this case it will work.
However there need to be a valid contact in the CRM as well in order to report the chat.
Keep in mind that the user must select the "Dealt With" option for the journal to get triggered.
