Solved 3CX with teams calendar sync Issues

Calendar sync is on.
3CX status is changed to DND but when we fetch status it gives available.

Also we are not able to update status once it is in DND due to calendar sync.

You can manually changed it in 3CX then it works to update to any status.

But in case of calendar sync status update to DND, status get and set both stops working using API

Can you please explain how are are trying to get/set the Profile Status?

Can I assume you are not trying through the Management Console or WebClient?

Yeah sure not through web client. It allows to get and set manually perfectly. We are using API created by some client to do the same. The API result is correct for all scenarios. But for this particular case the result of both get and set is wrong when calendar sync is on and we are in meeting and status is automatically changed to DND in 3CX

MS365 Calendar sync uses the Temporary Status, much like when in the WebClient you set a temporary status:


So, in this API you are using, you I would guess you need to search for something like a temporary profile.

Seeing though that no support is given for the API a lot of this information is not disclosed, I am locking this thread.
