I got an error when logging into a 3CX Professional edition. The error was 502-ok . What was the cause and what is the remedy?

The management console gives server error and the web client 502-ok . I am referring to a different 3CX edition and not the free version. It is a professional edition

In this case you need the check the 3CX services via either SSH if Linux or services mmc if Windows based install, to ensure all services are running.
