Solved Access to WebMeeting Recording

Hello,

Is there any way to download a WebMeeting recording without the link sent to mail. We have a Webmeeting session, which was finished correctly, but the recording was not received in meeting admin mail.

You can open a support ticket providing your organizer webmeeting access url and specifying you haven't received the recording email: the team will try to help you.

Keep in mind that this issue is mostly related to SMTP configured in PBX or to destination email account refusing the email for some reason.

We opened a support ticket and 3CX team sent us download link. Problem solved.
