again: phone vibrates even if checkbox set to no vibration

But this time I found what happend, and what you have to do to stop 3cx from vibrating your phone:
In addition to unchecking the box in the app settings, you have (android 8) to go in the system settings, Applications, tap 3cx, tap App notifications, tap Missed calls. Disable vibrate. If you dont, the phone will vibrate 2 times every time you start the 3cx client and there are missed calls.
The same do for Chat.

Androids customization options are sometimes irritating and you have to look at numerous different places. I normally would assume, that you could do that from that app itself.

I find this quite strange. We have an option under 'Settings > Advanced Settings > Vibration' for this and we've made sure it fully respects whatever state it is in.

I've tried what you're saying and i'm not experiencing this issue whether i have missed calls, unread messages or voicemails etc.

But regarding the Xperia XZ1 this not enough.
Might be, that Sony has made a custom configuration? With my previous phone (note8) I did not experience this problem.

I have set the "use system ringtone" option, if that makes a difference.
